Malgré une météo défavorable, une dizaine de salariés se sont retrouvés ce samedi 2 décembre sur le chantier nature organisé dans le cadre de notre démarche RSE.
6 pommiers, d’anciennes variétés du NPdC, ont été plantés derrière notre salle de réunion. Ce verger de maraude permettra aux salariés de déguster, dans quelques années, de délicieux fruits.
Le compost venant du réfectoire, accumulé depuis plusieurs années a été utilisé pour amender le fonds des trous de plantation.
La matinée s’est poursuivie par le creusement d’une dépression dans la mare temporaire pour faciliter la reproduction du Crapaud calamite et par la délimitation de la parcelle qui sera mise à disposition des salariés désirant créer un potager.
Cette matinée s’est achevée par le verre de l’amitié.

ADS et EGI-SOFENOR obtiennent le MASE

Courant Mai, les entités ADS et EGI-SOFENOR ont obtenu leur certification MASE. Cette certification complémentaire à l’OHSAS18001 permettra aux 2 entités de conforter leur politique QSE auprès de leurs clients.

Intervention en Afrique du Sud

Depuis plusieurs années, SISC participe à la maintenance des centrales nucléaires, pour des activités de levage, réalisation d’outillage, et nettoyage de goujonnerie.

En nettoyage de goujonnerie, SISC est devenu un acteur incontournable du domaine et réalise même l’ensemble des prestations de nettoyage des Groupes Turbo Alternateurs (GTA) du parc nucléaire français.

A ce titre, SISC a été appelé d’urgence sur le site de KOEBERG en AFRIQUE DU SUD pour nettoyer les 92 trous taraudés du corps Haute Pression du GTA.

Après une préparation d’intervention éclaire, SISC a détaché 4 personnes pour réaliser cette prestation.
La réalisation de l’intervention s’est faite sur 24h, conformément aux exigences du client ALSTOM / ESKOM.

En plus du respect du délai d’intervention, le client s’est également montré très satisfait de la qualité de la prestation et souhaite d’ores et déjà reconduire l’intervention pour 2012.

SISC sera bien présent pour cette nouvelle aventure !

ETM rejoint Cèdres Industries

Soucieux de conforter son savoir faire d’ensemblier en sous-traitance industrielle et avec une volonté de partenariat de long terme avec ses clients, le Groupe Cèdres Industries a notamment basé son développement sur de la croissance externe. Souhaitant pérenniser l’entreprise, les emplois et les relations avec ses clients, la société ETM (basée à Torcy -77-) a rejoint ce jour le Groupe Cèdres Industries. Spécialisées en maintenance industrielle mais plus particulièrement en thermie et chauffage urbain, ses équipes viendront compléter et renforcer l’offre globale de Cèdres Industries. L’entreprise continuera d’être dirigée par Mr Marc TAILLEFER.

ADS primée aux trophées de l’Economie Responsable 2010.

La société ADS a été primée pour son ‘foisonnement de bonnes pratiques’ dans la catégorie des entreprises de - de 100 salariés. Elle a également obtenue une mention spéciale pour l’ensemble de sa démarche RSE. Cette distinction vient récompenser une démarche qui associe l’ensemble des salariés mais également de nombreux partenaires extérieurs (Ecopal, Face, Afeji …).

Complying with SER procedure, ADS and EGI-SOFENOR participated in the “Model the landscape” operation. This is one of ENRx’s (Regional Natural Spaces) initiatives to preserve regional landscapes and diversity.
On December 5th 2009, 12 of ADS and EGI employees, along with youth in difficulty (Afeji Association) , actively contributed to the protection of our environment, on voluntary basis, by planting 240 trees adapted to the soil and climate of Nord Pas-de-Calais.

ADS and EGI-SOFENOR successfully certified OHSAS

ADS and EGI-SOFENOR are the group’s first companies to have obtained OHSAS 18001 certification*, thanks to its security procedure.

At the instigation of Michael Baert, the Quality/Security Officer, ADS and EGI-SOFENOR obtained OHSAS 18001 Version 2007 certification on 04/01/2010. Thanks for his commitment in conducting this project and congratulations to ADS/EGI-SOFENOR teams for their involvment.

In security domain, OHSAS 18001 certification is identical to ISO 19001 for quality or ISO 14001 for environment. This certification encompasses a series of norms including organization, methods, expertise, documentation, risk identification and prevention tools.

This process actually constitutes an effective management tool and serves different purposes:

- Constant improvment of staff security,

- Make security a common priority, internal as well as external,

- Guarantee a perennial process, based on persons, tools and methods.
