Facilities and equipments that can house, fabricate and deliver major assemblies.

These coastal area companies located in the Grande Synthe Industrial Zone cover a surface of 10000m2. Two workshops, equipped with overhead cranes (unitary lifting capacity 2X15 tons and 2X5 tons) and profuse pool of machines spread over an area of 3500m2 :

- oxycutting oxy-acetylene 4 heads plasma system (work table 6000 x 2500)

Characteristics: 2000 mm entre pointes, maximum diameter 500 mm, electronic viewer.

1 Labor S255 lathe

Characteristics : entre pointes 2000 mm, maximum diamete 500mm.

2 Jupiter lathes

Characteristics: 6000 mm entre pointes, maximum diameter 1200 mm.

Milling machines :

1 Graffenstaden milling machine

Characteristics: Longitudinal travel length of 2600mm, spindle transversal travel length of 1000mm, vertical displacement of 1000mm.

1 Huron KU6 milling machine

Characteristics: Longitudinal travel length of 1400mm, transversal travel length of 600mm, vertical displacement of 500mm.

1 Dufour 595 milling machine

Characteristics: Longitudinal travel length of 880mm, transversal travel length of 300mm, vertical displacement of 450mm.

Drilling machines:

2 radial drilling machines

Characteristics: Spindle displacement of 400mm, maximum radial capacity 1800mm for drilling, spindle head travel length of 1250 mm.

1 Ibania column drilling machine

This coastal group of companies has two 19 tons heavy goods vehicles equipped with auxiliary handling cranes and a self-propelled 3D negative offset platform (especially for interventions on entire major civil works), core drilling machine, floating bridges.

Quality, security

ADS has ISO 9001certification granted by Tüv Rheinland since 1997.

The coastal group has UIC certification and under process of obtaining OHSAS 18001 certification.

QSE (Quality Security Environment) manager permanently controls compliance to these certifications.
